From the moment produce leaves the field to the moment it arrives at your warehouse — every hour, every degree, every hand-off is logged, verified, and documented.
Six stages, zero compromises. Every stage is documented and available to our partners on request.
All produce is harvested from GlobalG.A.P.-audited farms under agronomist supervision. Harvest timing is calibrated for optimal maturity, sugar content, and firmness at destination.
Produce arrives at our HACCP-certified pack-house within 4 hours of harvest. Forced-air pre-cooling reduces pulp temperature to storage specification before grading begins.
Graded produce is packed in ventilated export cartons or retail packaging to your specification. Every carton receives a traceable lot label with harvest date, farm ID, grader code, and calibre.
Packed pallets are held in our controlled-atmosphere cold store pending container loading. Temperature, humidity and CO₂ levels are monitored continuously and logged every 15 minutes.
Containers are pre-cooled to target temperature before stuffing. Loading takes place in our refrigerated dock — the cold never breaks between store and container.
On vessel arrival, we share the complete voyage temperature log. Any deviation from spec during transit is flagged before you accept the container — protecting you from claims and disputes downstream.
Quality is not a final inspection — it is embedded at every stage of the supply chain.
Independent laboratory residue analysis on all lots prior to harvest. Results issued before picking begins — not after.
Electronic optical grading lines sort to ±2mm and ±5g — ensuring size consistency that meets retail planogram requirements.
Manual visual inspection removes any units with skin blemishes, pressure marks, or off-colour — every carton opened at random for QC.
Pulp temperature measured on 10% of all pallets before container stuffing. Any lot above spec is returned to cold store.
Carton weight, ventilation gap, and packing density verified by QC supervisor before pallet is wrapped and labelled for export.
All export documents checked against regulatory requirements for the destination market — EU, Gulf, US — before container is sealed.
Every certification is current, independently audited, and available to our partners on request.
Good Agricultural Practice — farm-level audit covering food safety, environment, worker welfare and traceability.
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points — systematic food safety process applied at every handling and packing step.
International food safety management — integrated across pack-house operations and third-party audited annually.
US Food & Drug Administration facility registration — required for all produce entering the United States market.
Our digital traceability system links every carton back to the field it was harvested from — giving you the audit trail your retail customers and regulators require.
Traceability documentation is available to all MegaExport partners as a standard part of every shipment — at no additional cost.
